  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
