Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine flour and cubed butter using a pastry cutter until crumbly.
  2. Knead the mixture into a dough and roll out half into rectangles about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spoon filling onto half the rolled rectangles, cover with remaining dough rectangles, and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before drizzling with icing made from powdered sugar mixed with milk.
