  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by dicing the bell peppers and onion.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak strips with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
