  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese Frosting (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 oz Chocolate Coating (melting chocolate or candy melts)
  • 12 Lollipop Sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare cake mix as per package instructions with eggs, oil, and water; pour into a greased pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow cake to cool completely in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a bowl. Gradually mix in cream cheese frosting until achieving a dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls (about 1 inch) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill cake balls in the freezer for at least one hour to firm up.
  6. Melt chocolate coating according to package instructions. Dip each lollipop stick into melted chocolate before inserting it into each chilled ball. Coat each ball with chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
