  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and olive oil.
  4. Sauté sliced bell peppers and onions in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
