  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  2. Boil water and cook yakisoba noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  4. Stir-fry garlic, cabbage, and carrots in the hot skillet for about 5 minutes until softened yet crunchy.
  5. Add cooked yakisoba noodles to the pan. Pour in soy sauce and mirin, tossing everything gently until well-coated and heated through.
