  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
