  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp coffee or espresso powder

Instructions

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until set but soft in the center.
