  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas.
