  • 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sliced avocados (for topping)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for topping)
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Finely chop chipotle peppers and cilantro.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chipotle peppers, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F/190°C). Lightly oil grates to prevent sticking. Grill patties for about 6 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
