  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  6. Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into individual rolls (about 2 inches thick). Place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
