  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, sautéed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, sautéed spinach, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Stuff each shell with the filling and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
