  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes with green chiles, black beans, jalapeños, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
