  • 1 lb fresh white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or red)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Season fish with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides; place on the baking sheet.
